THE NOUVEAUX HONKIES
Who are the Nouveaux Honkies? Well head down south on the east coast of Florida and you might run into them in the town of Salerno. This small commercial fishing town is the stomping ground of singer/guitarist Tim O’Donnell and violinist Rebecca Dawkin. The group started touring after their second album “Where Do I Go” hit the market in 08’. After a run to Montana and Idaho that summer the album made its debut on the Roots Music Report, “Roots Country” charts at 14. "Where Do I Go" climbed to 3 with a fifty week run on the charts. Blues Review Magazine linked the sounds to The Stones, with hints of Dire Straights, Curtis Mayfield, Hendrix, and Wolf. O’Donnells vocal style was said to be “an amalgam of Van Morrison and Willy DeVille”. Violinist Rebecca Dawkins crafts her lead lines over popping rhythms and their unique blend of blues, swing and country becomes the sound that fans describe as a reinvention of the musical wheel. In June of 09' their 3 album "Live at Sun" was released. This 5 song EP was recorded live at Sun Studios and saw the top 20 on the Roots Blues Charts. They are also putting the finishing touches on the songs for their next LP. Late August puts them on their first tour through the Northeast with stops in NYC and the Rhythm and Roots Festival in Rhode Island. THE BURNIN' SMYRNANS
Pronounced ( bur - nin . smur - nins ) 2009 marks seven years as a touring act and in the last 4 years this lineup has played over 500 shows and 40 festivals.The music has been described as very festive and organic. This band is the epitamy of a grassroots campain.
There tour dates have carried them to the Midwest , Northeast, Mid atlantic ,
the Carribean and everywhere in between with a heavy empahasis on the southeast US. The vibe is undeniable and passion overflows from the stage.

The Resolvers
South Florida’s premier alt-reggae act The Resolvers are taking over the
live music scene by a storm! Four years into playing the South Florida
reggae circuit, The Resolvers have begun evolving on every front. Adding
a full horn section and multiple female harmonizers, the new 11-piece
outfit captures the essence of the classic big-band reggae sound:
natural acoustic percussion, deep bass grooves, worldly drum rhythms,
tasty vintage
keyboards and bluesy guitar licks accented by timely horn blasts, all
while being blended with modern song craftsmanship to create their own
familiar yet original take on world music.
Rooted by a core of five dedicated musicians including Dean Fishback
(veteran keyboardist who has played with Inner Circle, Sugar Minot and
Mikey Dread) and front man Ojay Smith (son of Jamaican legend Ernie
Smith), The Resolvers are preparing to release a series of "double-sided
singles" on disc and vinyl. The numbered limited-edition vinyl will
feature art work commissioned specifically for each track, making each
album a collector’s item. The Resolvers believe music is a basic human
right; much like shelter, food and water, it should be available to all.

Mixed Culture
Mixed Culture was formed in 2005, their love for reggae music and
musical talents brought them together and in a matter of weeks were in
the midst of rehearsing and creating their distinctive sound. After
surviving a shuffling of members, and an almost fatal accident coming
back from a show in Naples, FL; things at first seemed bleak, but this
ultimately brought these young lions together. Years of hard work and
dedication has now solidified Mixed Culture as one of the premiere
upcoming reggae acts in South Florida.

collectively known as "Fresh Catch". Specializing in a Heavy Reggae
sound, the band has independently released two full length albums ( Foul
Hooked in 2008 and So Far... in 2010) as well as shared the stage with
nationally known touring acts like Pato Banton, Badfish, Scotty Don't,
The Supervillains, Passafire, Echo Movement and Third World as well as
up and coming Florida bands like B-Liminal, The Resolvers, Rebel
Alliance and Moska Project. Energetic live performances and catchy hooks
make Fresh Catch a local favorite of the Treasure Coast. The four piece
band includes: Josh "Whailyman" Hoilman on guitar and vocals, José "El
Brujo" Rivera on bass and vocals, Joe "Spesh" Begin on trumpet and
vocals and Nick "The Nick" Perry on drums.

Matt has returned, never say never. Matt has brought with him
thunderous bass skills. With Matt interpreting his old guitar riffs to
bass lines, we needed a guitarist who could jive in and out of the
predictable perimeters. In steps Kaz, with jazz and country, reggae
backgrounds, translating the whole "shibang" conscious into the gear it
should be in. what is to be expected? you never know.....
